Stage 3

Phone Screen

The phone screen is the first stage in our hiring process after our hiring manager has reviewed your application. During this stage, a member of our HR team will schedule an introductory phone interview with you and ask a pre-selected series of questions that pertain to each role. Questions will mainly focus on hard and soft skills, your interests and motivations, and logistical details such as desired location and start date.

In addition to the questions we will have for you, the phone screen is a great opportunity for you to gain clarity about the role, our studio and culture, company benefits, and more. We encourage you to ask any and all questions you may have about the company during the phone screen.

Phone screens generally last between 30 minutes and one hour.

Stage 4

Interview

In this stage, you will meet with a Hiring Manager within the department you have applied for. Interviews with our Hiring Managers are used to assess if candidates are a match for the project, team, and role applied for. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the department, teams, and projects that you may be apart of.

Stage 5

Team Interview

This team interview will be focused on assessing team and company culture alignment. The interviewing group will include our leads of the department and members of the team you'd be working with.

Another goal of this interview is to give you the opportunity to learn more about what its like working at Pipeworks and on the team, so please come prepared with your own questions.
